Key Factors to Evaluate
Location and Accessibility: Consider proximity to your home, desired cruising grounds, and local attractions. Easy access to open water or the St. Johns River is often a priority for boaters.

Security: A secure marina provides peace of mind. Features like gated access, surveillance cameras, and regular patrols are important for protecting your investment.
Slip Availability and Pricing: Evaluate the types of slips offered (wet slips, dry storage, transient) and compare pricing structures. Consider if the marina offers long-term contracts or flexible options.
